REPORTING RULES / REGLAS PARA REPORTAR

If you have more screenshots, is completely recommended to post them in the report.* REPORT RULES:

- ALL REPORTS MUST BE IN FORUM NOT IN FACEBOOK, IF YOU POST SCREENSHOTS HERE, WILL NOT BE TREATED AS AN EVIDENCE!

- TODOS LOS REPORTES DEBEN SER REALIZADOS EN EL FORO Y NO EN EL FACEBOOK, SI SUBES FOTOS AQUI, NO SERAN TOMADOS EN CUENTA COMO EVIDENCIAS.

Requirements to report a Gate Killer:

1 screenshot with PK killing in gate.
1 screenshot with polite and CLEAN warning ("WARNING - NO GATE KILLING" or similar). Screenshots with "NO GK" won't be treated as an evidence.
1 screenshot taken after warning, that shows PK keep killing.
If you have more screenshots, feel free to upload it, RECOMMENDED

Requirements to report a Killer in Tarkan / Arena :

1 screenshot with Player being and/or killing in Tarkan / Arena.
1 screenshot with polite and CLEAN warning ("WARNING - GO CLEAN YOUR PK" or "WARNING - no kill in tarkan" or similar).
1 screenshot taken after warning, that shows player still being pk in tarkan/arena.
All screenshots must be taken in no more than 1 hour!
If you have more screenshots, feel free to upload it, RECOMMENDED

Requirements to report bugged items:

1 screenshot of reported item, showing the nickname of the owner's item
bugged items could be rings / pendants with level +1, +2, +3 ... +9
full items with level different to +15 is a bugged item too!

Requeriments to report harrasing: - NEW

1. (SPAMMING PM)

You need at least 3 warnings and 1 screenshot with spamming to you.
You must give warnings like ("STOP HARASSING PM") or some similar (without cursing, swearing or insulting) in screenshot.
If you have more screenshots, is completely recommended to post them in the report.

2. (KSING)

You need at least 3 warnings and 1 screenshot with the reported player
You must give warnings like ("STOP HARASSING KS") or some similar (without cursing, swearing or insulting) in each screenshot.
If you could make a video showing the reported player following you and ksing, IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DO IT because that increases the posibilities of be successfull
KS in Blood Castle event or in Devil Square event will be not treated as harassing.

3. (KILLING)

You need at least 5 screenshots showing to reported PK killing you at least in two different maps.
You must give warnings like ("STOP HARASSING KILLING") or some similar (without cursing, swearing or insulting) in each screenshots.
If you have more screenshots, is completely recommended to post them in the report.

- All harassment's screenshots must be made in no more than 1 hour.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS RULES AT ANY TIME IF NECESSARY.

* REGLAS PARA REPORTAR

Requerimientos para reportar a un Asesino en las Puertas:

1 foto con el asesino matando en la puerta
1 foto con una advertencia clara y amable ("ADVERTENCIA - NO MATES EN LAS PUERTAS" o similar)
1 foto tomada despues de la advertencia que el asesino sigue matando despues de haber sido advertido.
Si tienes mas fotos, sientete libre de subirlas, RECOMENDADO.

Requerimientos para reportar a un Asesino en Tarkan / Arena:

1 foto del jugador estando Asesino y/o matando en Tarkan / Arena
1 foto con una clara y amable advertencia ("ADVERTENCIA - NO MATES EN TARKAN" o "ADVERTENCIA - VE A LIMPIARTE EL PK" - o similar)
1 foto tomada despues de la advertencia, que muestre que el personaje sigue estando pk o peor aun, sigue matando en Tarkan / Arena
Todas las fotos deben ser tomadas en no menos de 1 hora
Si tienes mas fotos, sientete libre de subirlas, RECOMENDADO.

Requerimientos para reportar items bugueados:

1 foto del item a reportar, mostrando el nombre del dueño del item
los items bugueados pueden ser los rings / pendants +1, +2, ... +9
los items full con un nivel diferente a +15 tambien son considerados items bugueados.

Requerimientos para reportar acosos: - NUEVO

1. (Mensajes no deseados por MP)

Necesitas una foto con al menos 3 advertencias donde te esten acosando.

Debes dar advertencias como ("DEJA DE ACOSARME POR PM") o algo similar (sin maldecir, groserias o insultos) en la foto.
Si tienes mas fotos, esta completamente recomendado que las publiques en el reporte

2. (Robando monstruos (KS))

Necesitas al menos dar 3 advertencias en una foto con el nombre del jugador reportado
Necesitas dar advertencias como ("DEJA EL ACOSO ROBANDOME LOS MONSTRUOS") o algo similar (sin maldecir, groserias o insultos) en la foto.
Si puedes hacer un video mostrando al personaje reportado siguiendote y robandote los monstruos, ES ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO QUE LO HAGAS porque eso incrementa las posibilidades de tener exito en el reporte

No sera tratado como acoso el KS en los eventos Blood Castle o Devil Square.

3. (Matando)

Necesitas al menos 5 fotos mostrando al reportado PK matandote en almenos 2 diferentes mapas
Debes dar advertencias como ("DEJA EL ACOSO MATANDOME") o algo similar (sin maldecir, groserias o insultos) en cada foto.

- Todas las fotos de acosamiento deben ser hechas en no mas de 1 hora.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: NOS RESERVAMOS EL DERECHO DE MODIFICAR ESTAS REGLAS EN CUALQUIER MOMENTO SI ES NECESARIO.

Hola ADM disculpen que me meta pero eso no lo veo bn porq si noc ponemos a hacer todo eso bueno nunk van a aver REPORTES porq a mi me daria ladilla decirle ese poco de cosas a los user para poderlos resportar encerio creo que no es justoo!

1>Cuando te mata la primera vez en la puerta

es facil no creo que no entiendas

bnsi entiendo bro pero un ejemplo alguien que mate en tarkan hay que alvertirlo decirle que se quite el pk tomarle otra foto si vuelve a matar alvertile que va a hacer reportado eso da flojera de bn todo un proceso para un simple banned prefiero no reprotar de bn

como hacen los demas para tener tamto kill a matan puro en davias o en x mundo porq ustede me disculparan pero en davias no se hacen mas 100 kill y q yo sepa eso lo de tarkan esta mal de verda porq a tarkan van son los mas fuerte o no a yo no digo q no reporte pero por estar pk en tarkan lo bannead a uno eso asi q no me gusta de verda adm porq tu bien sabes q la divercion es saber cual tan fuerte estas tu o no a y hacer rest pero como lo sabes si no puedes estar pk en tarkan porq todo van a tarkan o no a?banned por matar en puerta pero por matar en el mapa no deberia de ser asi de verdad primer mu q yo veo q bannead a uno por esta pk en tarkan luis eso asi no deveria de ser y lo sabes y disculpa solo ago una pregunta ok espero q por acerla no tomen represaria porq seria el colmo!!
